The only thing that has really changed is the way the daily points are calculated they are much more personalized. The way daily points are now based are:
1) gender
2) age
3) weight
4) height
5) daily physical activity not counting exercise
Wendi's plan is nothing different really than FlexPlans utilizing all your points. She just came up with the Flex Point concept before W/W officially introduced it. The only major thing is she ASSIGNED days of the week to eat low points, high points and a super high day.
