Well I was doing weight watchers the first of the year but quickly gave up so here I am again. I don't know why this has been so hard. I suppose because I'm an emotional eater and I've been stressed and my weight is depressing me (which also makes me eat. Vicious cycle!).
So Hubby and I are going to start doing WW and exercising (WATP, tennis and possibly aerobics at the community center...hey it's free!). I've got a long journey but I've got to start somewhere. I'm going to try doing mini goals instead of the overwhelming big picture. 10lbs increments.
Anyone want to be my buddy online?
