Feeling weird today. Lightheaded. Tired. Fighting hard to not munch out. Doing OK so far thanks to low point snack foods. Morning ww smoothie with soy milk 3 strawberries 1 Midday sushi 4 edamame 1 ww bar 2 soy butter 2 flat bread 1 Evening salmon 6 butternut squash 1 brussel sprouts 0 graham crackers 1 Total: 22 Exercise: Weight training Kickboxing |
I guess it was a whirlwind weekend. I don't remember NOT journalling?
