I did it! I broke through! I lost 1.4 lbs. and I am now in the 150s.

Morning
ww smoothie with nf soy milk 3
strawberries 1

Midday
boca burger 1
light english muffin 1
veggie slices jalapeno soy cheese 1
salad with lf dressing 2
ww bar 2

Evening
broccoli in garlic sauce 6
chicken style wheat meat 4

Total: 21

lunch:
sushi, kale, chinese veg, fruit salad,regular

snack:
gin and tonic, deserved 3/13
pate de campagne 4/17
dinner w/friends:
crab cake, baked 2/19
salad 2/21
calamari - grilled
bites of DP's chocolate pot de creme 3/24
coffee
gym: si,si, 45 minutes
water: not enough
salt: ya sure, just call me salty
vitamin: nope
