Question Got a Question for you all

Hi All,

I dont know where to post this. But I just got a electric pressure cooker.

And Im looking for some WW friendly recipes. I'm hoping that someone here can help me out... Thanks!!!

I have one for Swiss Steak that I make a lot in my pressure cooker but it is at home right now. I'll post it later tonight.

I apologize last night was really bad for me. It took them nearly an hour to fill a prescription and I didn't even get on line when I got home. I will do it tonight.

Kelly's Swiss Steak - 5 Points

Recipe By : Kelly Shields
Serving Size : 4 Preparation Time :0:00
Categories : Beef Kelly's Own Recipes

Amount Measure Ingredient -- Preparation Method
-------- ------------ --------------------------------
12 ounces London broil, Safeway -- cut in 4 pieces
2 tablespoons flour
3/4 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon black pepper
1 tablespoon shortening
1 can diced tomatoes, canned, Libby's
1/2 cup chopped onion
1/4 cup chopped green bell pepper

1. Mix flour, 1/4 teaspoon salt, and 1/8 teaspoon black pepper. Sprinkle 1 side of beef pieces with flour mixture, pound in. Turn beef and sprinkle with remaining flour, pound in.

2. Melt shortening in pressure cooker and brown beef on all sides.

3. Add remaining ingredients to pressure cooker.

4. Cover and birng up to high pressure. Reduce heat to stablize pressure and cook 15 minutes.

5. Remove from heat and let pressure come down.

Calories: 241.2
Fat grams: 9.3
Fiber grams: 1.5

W/w Points: 5
