I think you are experiencing a healthy weight loss. Over the long term, there will be many weeks when you could only wish for those results. If we all knew how to lose weight quickly and without work, there would be no fat people left in the world ;-)

Good luck and stick with it. The end result is definitely worth it

With WW each month I had the same pattern. In a 4 week months my weigh-ins went as follows; week 1 lose, week 2 lose, week 3 maintain or gain, week 4 lose. That's how it always happened for me. I tried to figure out why and never could really pin point it (it didn't follow my mentral cycle or anything).

Eventually I just figured that if that's how my body wanted to do it, then cool. Once I came to that realization I didn't let that one week each month depress me, I almost expected it.

I very rarely ever cheated, stayed focused and it only took me 9 months to lose 41 lbs! Stick with it. Don't let those "off weeks" get you down.

That's how my Mom's weight loss went, the key is the overall loss. I'm seeing a pattern somewhat like that in mine this time. It was so easy before, I have to get past that it's going slow and I have that rough week, but it's def. my TOM, throws me off. Good luck!
