...kinda!!!! (walk away the pounds) I got me a copy of the 1-mile express today at Walmart and I decided to put it in just to see what it was all about.. and let me tell you, I am PUMPED!!!! i LOVED it and I can't wait to do it again!! Wasn't it this board was talking about it ?? I hope so, or I look kinda silly right now..lol. But anyways, I did the whole thing (minus the stretchy band thing, but walked right through that still). I feel SO good.. not in pain like I had thought, I feel my body tightening tho, so that has to be good!!!

Only my 1st time doing it and I already recommend it!!

I LOVE WATP!!! I'm going to get the DVD soon, my mom has it. I felt awesome after I did it and felt like I got a good exercise but I wasn't bouncing around everywhere.

I love those DVD because I can do it at home regardless of the weather and dd likes to do it too lol.

I'm a WATP fan too! Right now I'm enjoying the walk and jog, the cross-trainer, and the pilates videos. You always feel good after you're finished.

I'm a fan also!!! I use the 3 mile walk often to mix up my workouts. I get bored easily so I try all sorts of things! I like Leslie Sansone though. Very up beat and encouraging without being annoying.

Default I love WATP

I'm still pretty new, but I love doing the WATP video. Right now, I can still only do the 1 mile walk.....but I'm working on it. I WILL get to be able to do the 2 mile walk, hopefully soon. I feel like I am not doing enough by only doing the 1 mile, but I know its making a difference. I have more energy during the day, and I am starting to see a difference on the scale.

I like how peppy she is without being annoying and i find myself laughing at the same things each time i do one of the dvd workouts

A coworker and I do the 1 mile walk in her office every day at lunch. I find it's a great way to get in a little extra exercise. I still go to the gym after work and do a more intense exercise, but the 15 min walk at lunch gives me a definite pick-me-up!
