Default Im so upset

Hi everyone I should be so happy today i stepped on the scale and lost another pound so that a total of 14 pounds in 2 weeks but my clothes are still tight I put on my jeans and they r also tight either my scale is wrong r I am not reading my numbers I just needed to vent thanks for listening Also I am having a hard time downloading that weight graph I was wondering if one of you would be willing to help me Vicky

Not sure about the weight graph...

But your clothes and stuff may seem tight, because you may be losing water weight the first few weeks. I think that's what I'm doing, as my clothes still mostly fit, but I know I can't be seeing the numbers go down when they aren't, cause I am so religiously addicted to the goal I have for ME and been trying to believe I am actually losing, as I am in denial sometimes. lol

I'm sure its water weight tho, and you will start to get out of that phase soon! I've lost 8lbs since Jan. 2nd, so Im pretty sure mine has been water weight too!!
