    I used to post on this board back in September. Unfortunately Ihad to go away for a little while but I'm back now


    I am 26 yrs old, live in West Palm Florida. I'm about 146 and would like to lose 20 lbs. I previously was in WeightWatchers in August til October, I only lost 7lbs but this time I really want to stick to it.

    I'm an emotional eater so when I get upset, or even bored, I eat...which is so bad.

    I am really interested in the monthly pass but unfortunately they are not offering it down here by me Very sad!

    I would love any great lunch ideas... I am running out of lunches to bring to work!

    Also, does anyone know where I could buy Weightwatcher cereals, breads etc online?

  • I love to bring my make ahead meals to lunch Mushmellow (BTW - glad to see you back). I can't eat many sandwiches because I get totally bored. So I make a couple make ahead meals on one day on the weekend and freeze them up so they are handy for the week. I also like flatout bread wraps w/turkey/roast beef/chicken and lettuce and tomatoes. South Beach lunches are great and not bad in points. Look at the WW site and here for some great brown bag ideas. I believe the brown bag ideas here are under WW recipes and toward the bottom of the stickied posts. Best of Luck.
