  • I am definitely getting back on track now that the holidays are over. I'm getting married in June and would love to take off the weight by then. My goal for January is 10 pounds with 50 as my ultimate goal by June. WISH ME LUCK!!!!
  • gl chris!! dont worry my day is fast approaching too!
  • welcome mu!
  • thanks!!! this is my first post but i'm excited to have the forum as my support group through these next months!!
  • Well... I adjusted my weight loss ticker in my sig for all the weight I gained between Thanksgiving and New Year (6 pounds re-gained! yikes!). Getting back on track, however, is a piece of cake (yum) for me, thank goodness.

So here are my goals for January:

    * Try to do some form of excersie daily
    * Get back to my pre-Thanksgiving weight of 179.
  • I'd like to join in the fun! I need to learn to love my treadmill, follow points, journal and drink more water! My first goal will be 10 pounds by Feb 10!!
  • Happy New Year, everyone! I'm going to spend this week "recovering" from my Christmas break, then weigh in for real next week. My January goal is 6 lbs, and working out 3x/week. I'm excited!
  • Well I'm with you guys.

I have been off track for so long now that I am frightened to weigh in tomorrow night. I'm thinking I may be anywhere from 158 to 160 pounds. I'm ok with this because I did it to myself so I have to fix it.

    My goals are:

    1. To lose 10 pounds from my weigh in on the 3rd. I will post my weight tomorrow night.
    2. To drink my water daily.
    3. To exercise FIVE days a week but I will try for seven.
    4. JOURNAL, JOURNAL, JOURNAL.

I am going on my trip to the Dominican in April so I want to look my best. I would like to a size 10 again. I'm only 5 foot so even five pounds shows up on me big time.

  • Good evening ladies!
I hope I can join in. I think I need a challenge to rocket myself into the new year. My personal challenge is to be the healthiest eater I can possibly be. I want to boost the antioxidants in my diet, especially, in hopes of preventing cancer from taking my life earlier!
    goals:
-increase the amounts of fruits and vegetables
    -drink my milk
    -have those healthy oils
    -water, of course
-restart some kind of exercise I can live with, I just HATE exercise and find any kind of excuses.
If I can do those things, the rest will fall into place!
    Linda

  • hi all!

whats up? hey kim, rosie, chris, target hows it goin? im workin on dejunking the house
  • I'm debating whether to grab my lunch early today. I started my day out at 5:25 a.m. Ate my breakfast around 7:30 a.m. and my snack banana around 10 a.m. and I'm starving right now. I think I'll stick my lunch in the microwave
  • hey rosie, btdt!
i always find that when for whatever reason, start my day earlier than usual, i also experience hunger and end up eating earlier. also might it be pms?
  • hi there. i know what you mean about getting hungry. we're over an hour late for lunch. i'm dodging the "pick and eat" pangs and am waiting on oven fried tilapia, green beans/new potatoes, and sliced onion. so far so good.

let's all hang in there. we can do this.
