lunch - Thai veggies in broth w/ chicken and bit o tofu - 4,
snack - raw carrots

Evening (est 13)
1 wine - 2, roast chicken - 6, small yam - 2, chinese green veggie w/ oil - 1, skinny cow - 2

Est Total - 22 (banked 3)

Need to do some stretching to get kinks out for tomorrow's major walk.
Water - need to drink a goodly amount 32 - 64 oz

Another beautiful day in our fair city. Leaf raking and lawn mowing would be far more satisfying than being at work.
