Hello!

It's quiet in here! Where is everyone? I've been poorly but I'm better now :D While I was off sick I managed to get my new home PC set up, along with a mighty fine photo printer :D :D :D I just need to install Photoshop and I'm all set for entertainment this Christmas!

I haven't lifted all week, but I am going to the gym tonight. I've got deadlifts and military presses planned. I must look on exrx how to do a military press! :lol: I'm also practising some dolphin flips for kickboxing. Basically flipping up off the floor from lying on your back. Interesting :chin:

Food has been alternately cwap and cwapper... although I think I managed one day under 2000kcals.... :rofl: I'm hoping today will be a good day, I've had cottage cheese, chicken and salmon already. I'm planning pumpkin protein bar and either bfl apple pie or cc pancakes for dinner and maybe something else too, or both... :dizzy:

I'ev been given a 5lb tin of choccies from work :rolleyes: I'm regifting to the kickboxing children.... :boxing: I don't like to encourage kiddies to eat sweets, but better they burn them off than they sit on my hips! :rofl:

I've been in NYC since Wednesday & so happy to be home tonite! It was fun, but incredibly crowded, and I don't like crowds - in fact, hate them. Hate having to get stuck behind smokers on the street, hate seeing people have near misses between their cigs and my child's head, and I guess I'm getting old but the constant noise of emergency vehicles doing their WOP-WOP-WOP sirens and horns honking wears on me too. Used to love it there b4 kids, but..... Anyway, it was a real fitness fanatic's trip - dinner of grilled scallops and an hour of cardio ice skating afterward. I loved how I felt fit and unwinded while walking around and especially skating - didn't get out of breath at all! Yeah for the cardio training and weight lifting!! That was a real proof of progress for me. Also the responsibility of making good food choices despite going to child-friendly places for the majority of the time.
