It has a huge bubble. DH the ironman, says you pop it, leave skin covering it, bandage it and go about your business. Um, no. If that happens, I can deal with it, but I'm not poppin nothin!
i will try a bandaid, but think that will only end up popping it for me and I can't stand that thought. What I will do for cardio today is wear my keds mules (no heels) and do the elliptical. That should work. I would lose them on the treadmill, but the ellip should keep em on. What else could I do that I'm not thinking of?



But I agree - Coolmax are the way to go for working out. I wear cotton socks the rest of the time though.
