! I've been lurking for a few weeks now and am thinking of starting the body for life for women program, but am unsure. Do you all think its a good program and have any of you made modifications to it to increase your S-U-C-C-E-S-S.?
I have done well previously with contolled diet and exercise, but I'm spinning lately.
