What Do You Suggest?

I'm on a very limited budget and can't afford to get a gym membership or buy a bunch of things for at home. What do you recommed for things I can at home for with the weights I currently have (they're wrist weights)? Any input would be appreciated. Thanks!

Bodyweight exercises should be fine for you. Push-ups, bodyweight squats etc. should be challenging enough until you are alot lighter and stronger.

I would suggest making a small investment in a stability ball. It will help you make the most of the weights you do have. I got mine for $10 and it came with the ball, a pump, and an instructional dvd. I ordered it back in October and I still use it regularly.

I agree about the stability ball. I also use a very good resistance tube; about $10 at a sporting goods store. Light and portable so I take it with me on vacations as well as using it at home when I don't make it to the gym.

free exercises!

exercising doesnt mean to join a gym necessarily.if one wants, one can easily exercise for free at hoome, in your own space and environment.its all a question of opening up and having the determination to do it.

Try a cheap jump roap if you don't have one.

Also, if you can swing the price ($14 at Walmart) try the Danskin workout balls. I got the 3 pound ones (am wanting the 5 now) and they are the BEST ever.

BUT you said you can't afford stuff so just get creative. Try googling for using the weights you have. And get out there and walk walk walk.
