How to begin....

  • I've got the cardio going at home.. and have joined a group for yoga once a week... I know that strength training will help me feel better and get into shape but don't know how to begin...

    I have some weights at home.. some light ones and heavy ones.. I also have a Cross Bow that my husband uses.. I have no intention of using it as it kills me.. but am sure the bench will come in handy....

    I am also very out of shape.. 210 pounds at 5'7".

    I have time in the morning and evening to exercise.. I plan to keep the cardio for the morning as it really gets me going..

    So.. can anyone link some threads that could help me get started without hurting myself or overdoing it.. There is so much information here that I am overwhelmed...
