I am sooo excited I order the WATP - 4mile and the Walk & Jog on ebay and each sellers recieved payment and have shipped my videos I am sooo excited I can't wait. Currently, I have the 2 mile and I am getting so bored with it.

I want to order a bunch different exercise videos but, none that I have to learn a entire new dance routine. KISS - Keep It Simple Silly

Does anyone perform HITT, if so have you had success with it as far as losing weight? How do you perform HITT? I want to increase my workout intensity and mix it up a bit. I was thinking a couple Taebo videos, Billy Blanks, but I don't want to end up in intensive care due to Cardiac Arrest (smile). Anyone used Taebo? Also there's a lady who has a workout similar to Taebo I can't think of her name but if you know who I am talking about please tell me her name...I can't think of her name she has a informercial I saw briefly last week.

Any suggestions on exercise videos are welcome.

Chiarij - I love your enthusiasm You are doing some great things. I am a WATP fan so enjoy. When the chatter gets to you, turn down the volume on the DVD player and turn up your own high-energy music. You will be amazed how the workout changes with music.

As far as other videos, we are all different. I'd recommend LOOKING at Collage Video catalog and get a feel for what is out there - then order the DVDs from Netflicks or check them out of your local video store or library. If you don't you will find things get very expensive very fast, especially if you order a DVD you don't like. Also, there are a lot of step videos out there, and I have found if you do them without the step they are still very effective, so don't let the lack of a step stop you. This will also keep it lower impact, which is important to me. Also, watch your intensity on how you feel each day and mix it up. That way your body won't know what to expect. This CAN be a good time, really.
