Could this work against me?
 
Besides doing my weights for the lower body, I have a tape by Beachbody called 8 Minute Thighs that doesn't use weights just your own body weight and works your thighs and butt (killer workout!). Can I do this everyday or would it hurt my progress not allowing my muscles to rest on my off days?

I would think you should take a rest of at least a day or 2 inbetween heavy leg workout days...
