Weight Training Workout..
How long is your Weight Training Workout?? Just curious. Right now I perform cardio for an hour 5-6 days per week and weight train approximately 20 minutes every other day. Right now I am only working out my upperbody because I haven't had the time to purchase my weight bench.
I would like to lose weight and build muscle, I want to be STRONG & HEALTHY. chiarij |
I do 30 mins 3 days a week. Soma gals here probably do more, but that's how long it takes me to do my routine from my Anita Bean book. I try to max out as well and use a heavy a weight as possible.

Hi Chia :wave: ... I do a 3 or 4 day split, meaning one day I work legs, one day back and biceps, the next day chest and triceps some days I will incorporate my shoulder workout with one of the other days or work them alone, hence the 4th day, it usually takes me 50 minutes... on alternate days I run/jog 3 times/week and swim 1/week... Sometimes I lift heavy :strong: other times I lift lighter with more reps, I vary my workouts a LOT... Keeps my body out of plateaus and my mind out of trouble :lol:...
