Creatine?

  • I'm new to lifting and I'm loving it! I'm in the 8th week of BFL and am considering creatine just to give me a little extra something. I'm an ovo-lacto vegetarian and have been reading that because of that my body may not be producing enough creatine. I've also read that it may cause one to gain weight and that wouldn't be good.

    Anyone have any thoughts on the subject? Any experience?
