New here but not to lifting.
Hi everyone. My name is shonda.
I am new to this board, but not to the whole lifestyle. I am now at an all time high of 200 pounds. Gosh that hurt just typing it! :^: Tomorrow I start BFL again. I have done it it in the past and had good results from it. There are some names on here I do recognize. Here to losing the weight. |

Thank you Mel for inviting me. I do always type in CAPS, I will correct myself so it doesn't look as though I am yelling. Can you tell me how I post my weight loss meter bar in my posts AND how do I use the smilies? I went out and bought some flavored water and some vitamins and I did start my lower carb way of life today. I also bought some whey protein powder since I am bad about eating enough protein. Well, good luck to everyone. Hopefully I can add my weight loss bar soon! Thank you! Cath |
