hi everyone and thank you for the wonderful welcome. diane you are rite we are only a hop skip and jump away :lol: and mel what an inspiration you are. i need to lose about that same amount and you have showed me it can be done. ilene thank you for the welcome and i look foward to getting to know all of you. i did a small workout yesterday :) but felt very confused i did alittle upper and a little lower but felt like it was really very unorganized. do most train everyother day or do you work all the groups in the same day :?: well once again i gotta get ready for work
