Sheila, I'm guessing on this one. If you only did biceps and skipped triceps or visa versa, I'd say go a head and finish your workout. If you hit all the muscles but not for as many sets as you would have, I'd say let it go and wait a few days before you do arms again.

Thank you! I'm glad I took this advice because although I felt my workout wasn't as good as I wanted, my arms were really sore this morning so I guess my body had had enough, but my mind was pushing for more.
