The were not able to do all the extensive surgery that they had planned, but were able to do the GastricBy Pass and repair the part of the intsestine that was causing the blockage, but were not able to do the whole hernia repair as planned. She was in surgery about 3 hours and is doing okay at this time.

Thanks for the update, Barb. Do you know if they're planning on finishing the hernia repair at a later date or is it much too early to tell?
