Just shopping and in and out of my office building to the parking lot, did do the stairs though. You girls are making my exercise look really bad I'd better get to the gym. I will attempt to get there today depends on how long my meetings go.
Breakfast: Kashi cereal w/2% Lunch; Grilled steak leftovers,cherry tomatoes, in salad w/cheese and low cal dressing, balasmic vinegar Dinner;Salad w/ blue cheese dressing, Spaghetti and 2 meatballs, 1 1/2 slices Italian bread w/ little whipped butter Water in take good, 2 coffees That was it for the day. To finish up yesterday.
Dinner: 3.5 oz salmon 1 cup veggies and well.. see confessional thread:( Got the munchies last night and TOM visited this morning. Figures.. Last Night Legs Leg Press 270#X15 360#X10X10X9 ( on our old leg press, I could a lot more on. Like 180# more! and they are both free weight leg press machines but the angle of the seat makes me slide up and it feels differant. so I cant do as much. Proof that variety is everythig cuz it hits the muscle just slightly differant....) Smith Lunges 90#X10eaX10eaX8ea Standing leg curls 65#x9eaX8eaX8ea Hammser strength iso leg ext 40X10eaX9eaX6ea Roman chair 20,18,16 This morning Green tea and protein drink I am slamed at work today... Thurs. Breakfast: 2 eggs poached w, dry rye toast, home fries
Lunch: salad, cukes, tomatoes w, ham, olives, feta cheese, low cal dressing Dinner: spaghetti w, sauce corn on the cobb 2 little butter 1 low cal fudgie water and coffee Lanalii, I checked your fitday and decided it looked like a great way to keep track of my own program and life changes.
