My personal trainer just installed these straps at the studio. I haven't used them yet, and frankly, never heard of them till just recently. I have not quizzed her about them yet, but I'm curious how they're best employed.
Anybody use them here? And if so, how are they for bigger folks?



anyway, she tried a TRX class, and most of the other participants were ladies my age or older...she said her abs hurt SO much the next day, from the core work, and she was laughing (even though it hurt her!) about the over 60 ladies who kicked her *ss in that class
