Thought I'd drop a quick hello in here. I've been posting around the site for a couple months (give or take a day or two) but I haven't been in here because .. well .. I wasn't lifting.
Last weekend I finally had enough money to go out and pick up a starter freeweight set (160 pounds) and a rack bench with leg extensions. I've been hitting Krista's site and a few others, getting tips on form, etc. So, now I'm lifting again, and it feels great. I've missed it.
I've enjoyed reading through the posts here, they've been very informative and helpful.
