P.S. Lydia had second thoughts after I posted this. She is laughing but also wishing that somehow I could magically delete this post. Apparently, a lowly newbie like me does not rate high enough to delete his own posts or perhaps the system knows how much weight I've gained in the last year and won't let me delete it. Well, there's also the fact that I posted a reply and then deleted it and I changed my profile pic to one that makes me look like I can fly, but I suppose that doesn't matter. Really, Lydia just wants me to put a disclaimer here that no one will read and aren't we all adults anyway? Not me of course. I'm an idiot.

I'm guilty of wearing makeup to the gym, but never at the point where it's running down all over me! Hehe, I have seen some girls like that though. The abductor feels weird as a woman too, like your at a gynocology exam haha.

Thanks, Lydia. It's me dropping the barbell in the middle of the "Grace" workout (30 clean and jerks for time) we did Saturday. I'm still holding out hope that my sister got a decent pic locked out overhead without me making a stupid face. :P
