Default Results due to st or something else?

Three weeks ago I started NROLFW and I swear things look tighter and more defined. I've only lost two lbs since starting. Do you think it's possible to have those kinds of results in three weeks? If so I'm super excited. I'm not lifting as much as I'm supposed to, I'm a runner and about to start training, but still, things just look different and I can't imagine the 2 lbs can take all the credit...

Yes, I think it really is possible. When you first start lifting, you have a golden 6 months to build muscle quickly.

That being said, most of the strength gains of the first few weeks are due to building or retraining neuro-muscular pathways rather than actual muscle building. You are building movement patterns into your brain as well as muscle!

Keep up the great work!
