Several friends and I have committed to being accountable to ourselves by stating our accountability to each other daily. It's a daily affirmation including what we're eating and what we worked out that day. It's had me going strong since LftC -- you might want to try making that difficult promise. And it is a difficult promise. If you can't make it, you should consider why not.
