NRLW stage 1-2 transition question

I'm just finishing up stage 1 of NRLW (special workout B today, week off next week). I was looking ahead at the exercises for stage 2 and I have a question about weights. In stage 1, I've been doing squats with two 30lb dumbbells and shoulder presses with two 10lb dumbbells. The first exercise in stage 2 is a front squat/push press, which looks like a combination of a squat and a shoulder press. What weight should I use? I only have dumbbells, no bar. With the 10-lb dumbbells I can barely do 8 reps of shoulder press, but I could probably do 100 squats with two 10-lb dumbbells. I can't even lift the 30-lb dumbbells up to my shoulders so I couldn't use those.

Go with the 8lb dumbbells although is the exercise calling for 15 reps at the start? You may even want to use a lighter weight, like 5 or 6?

I'd say just concentrate on your form with the squat and use the weights you are able with the push-press.
