I totally wave to my husband and friends whenever I make it into Fairbanks in the summer on the Newsminer cam.

My poor Mom and the cold. The heat tape on one section of the pipes going up to the school and teachers quarters has failed, and they have no water until they get a day warm (above freezing) enough to fill the tanks by running hoses overground.

what are the warmest gloves/mittens in your opinion for -20 and below temps?
nothing i have ever packed with me proves to be warm enough.
