Mel, are you saying you should be facing the wall with your toes almost touching the wall? Then go down and squat!? OYE that would be hard...

OK, I tried this, didn't work. Am I doing somethign wrong? I didn't do a faceplant tho, it was my knees that touched. Toes to the wall, knees hit the wall first. Are my feet too short for my long legs? LOL

Your breaking at the knees instead of at the hips. Break at the hips and sit back, then down.
