Printable weight training sites?
The ones with the little videos are great but I would also like to find some sites to print off the excecises to refer to later..Please..;) Thanks

Have you seen www.trainwithmeonline It's a free website with videos that can be downloaded to an iPod as well as the option to print them onto paper. It's one of my favorite sites to hit for stability ball workouts and good core exercises. |

These are not printable but the best workout videos, I have seen are
http://www.precisionnutrition.com/members/exercise.php This part of Dr. Berardi's site is apparently now open to non-customers. However, it does require free registration. It gives three views, either separate or simultaneous of each exercise. A front, side, and overhead. It shows at full speed then in slow motion. Also, with these quicktime videos, you can hit the pause button and then use the scroll button to control the video and really break the exercise down to each phase of the movement. (This is not unique to these videos but worth noting) |
