But then they're usually hidden under gym trousers anyway! They only come out to play when I'm doing leg stretches above my head.

Yeah and wear your sweats to go in, however depending on where you're going afterwards you may choose to come out sweaty and stinkin'! :lol: Make it look like you worked :D

Morning! I haven't shaved my legs yet :)

When I get frittery in the parking lot of the gym, I'll think of all of you and I'm sure I feel braver.

You will have a great time!! Everyone has a first time! You probabely scared the heck out of the trainer, you with all the weight lifting stuff you have already done!

It was fun! I had my body composition done, tried some equipment, met a couple of trainers, saw some awesome bodies!

Here's the head scratcher of the whole day ... I am, of course, not lifting heavy enough and if I do (as per BFL) Ian wants me to eat 2800 cals per day!

Now before you get too excited about that ... keep in mind that I have been eating very poorly for I forget how long and today I was 132 with 22% BF.

It's probably been the better part of 3-4 weeks.

Have you been tracking your poor eating for the past 3-4 weeks just out of curiosity? Have you been eating that much? :)

Probably ... but no I haven't been tracking. A couple of folks told me to just follow the meal suggestions for BFL and pay less attention to calorie counting. But I haven't even been that good. Christmas junk, ya know?

Realising that I might actually be eating about that much has been a true kick in the head about the importance of exercise ... I tells ya!
