Talking Nsv!

Hi Ladies
I was at an art Craft show yesterday and I had a total NSV! NON SCALE VICTORY! I was in Line for the Ladies Room and I looked over to the mirror that was on the wall and saw My side profile and I looked Smaller! Like Noticably! That was so Wild! I'm using a plethora of Exclamation points!
Anyway Just wanted to share have to get my buns in gear for the day.

Congratulations. You know what is freaky? When you look in a mirror and say "is that me?" I don't know if that is how you felt but I did that the other day. Some days I just stare in the mirror because I think my face looks so much different than just a few lbs ago.

I got this today too, going to a store I had not been in probably for 2-3 months and looking at the mirrors in the shoe dept (where they have no reason to put in thin mirrors, and besides, they were never "thin" mirrors before!). I was like, wow, thinner legs, flatter belly (but still there), slightly different face (or maybe just a happier face looking back at ME, hmmm, you think?)

Talking Part Deux!

Hi Ladies
I had one scale victory and a heck of a NSV
the scale Victory is i weigh 174 which is less than when I graduated High school and also my first big milestone second one is 20 pounds from now.
the NSV was even more amazing. . .
I have to go buy pants so I tried on a pair of regular 16s I had never worn b/c they never fit. Not only did they fit I could pull them down completely without unbuttoning them!
I'm going to need some belts!
at the same Time I'm realizing now is when I have to be more careful and plan more ahead.
I dumped superbad from Campbells Healthy request soup it seems that the "healthy choice" is not always for me
also I had a bunless hamburger from Mickey D's (last minute lack of planning on my part) Never AGAIN! I have to get a big box of protien bars and just make sure I have one with me all the time) and for when I do have time to plan I need a better arsenal of alternatives.
In a way it's good that I felt like crap on a stick b/c better to find out now then to get down to goal and eat like an idiot
I wish there was a live support group in this area my doc's group meets in the city once a month not at any easily commutable time
HOWEVER! I have you lovely ladies and you guys are amazing!
gotta run
