I'm so concerned about your post on your eating. PLEASE LISTEN TO BOB ...you've gone thru so much, and done so well and if you keep this up, you're gonna blow it! You already know what happened to me, and I DON'T WANT THAT TO HAPPEN TO YOU!!! If you keep this up, you're gonna regret it, believe me I KNOW WHAT I'M TALKING ABOUT!!!! Everyone needs a nightmare, BOB and it is a pleasure to have you as mine!!!! So....you caught me. I read this and promptly took the bag of giardelli chocolate chips and dumped them in the garbage. (oh! jiff, those were for holiday baking :o ) I didn't just place the bag in the garbage...I poured them down and smooshed them. Not a bad eating day, except for the handful of choc chips and almonds. So, to come perfectly clean: B> ham and cheese rollup L> half of a subway low carb wrap thing. not bad s> a small handful of almonds and some choc chips. (confession is good for the soul, eh? ) D> 3 small meatballs and about five noodles. S> 1oz laughing cow cheese on 1piece of light whole wheat toast not enough water and nothing green, except what was in the wrap and lunch. No protein drinks which I HAVE to do better on. Thanks BOB, I need the accountability and I appreciate your experience, caring and your concern...no matter how nightmarish it may be!!!! :D hugs, peach I will get in two protein drinks tomorrow. pinky swear |

Debkay is up so early, not because of the cows, but because of the chickens. She loves chickens, especially the feathers!
ok, I'll spill...but are you really gonna make me eat spinach? whine and moan and whine and moan. all before 10am 1piece of light whole wheat toast w/1oz of laughing cow cheese 7-8 almonds. 1/2 of a subway low carb (high fat) turkey bacon wrap w/ an oz of laughing cow cheese. a little much for a gastric by pass patient don't ya think? I don't know why I couldn't get full. around 2pm a bowl of french onion soup at Panera's about 5pm a protein drink that I had to force down, 'cause I promised. about 7pm 5 small bites of chicken. I was stuffed and it hurt. not enough water and nothing green and only 1 protein drink. But I did buy myself a new pair of hoop earrings...surely that must count for something? or not. tomorrow...just like scarlet...64oz of water, something green and two protein drinks. gosh I hope I sleep through the night! peach Debkay....so? how was your day? pss...BOB you're good...very good...not many can make me cower in a corner! |

you should check on her...just in case! Bless you soonerella. Debkay...I'm holding you to Monday. You are right about the wrestling for the wallet thing. The man was crushed. I bought them at Walmart for goodness sake...they were under $20.00. I liked their 14k gold hoops and it is not like I bought the big whompin $39.95 ones. PLUS I walked up and down every single darn aisle of the place AND had to rip open a BIG box of T-fal pans to see what EXACTLY was in there. I sweated. It was exercise. You bet! Better day today and if I drink a protein drink tonight, which I am pretty sure I will all of my water will be in. B...1oz laughing cow cheese on 1 piece of light whole wheat bread. L bowl of pasta fagoli soup. Lots of beans and some green stuff. 3 sugar free short bread cookies. s..5 or 6 almonds (they are almost gone.) D....extremely frustrating. I made a beautiful salmon and some brussel sprouts (I don't recommend this combination again btw) and I ate 3 tiny bites of salmon and it got stuck and hurt ALOT. So I will be having a protein drink later on. I nibbled on my kids popcorn I am having urges for escarole...must be all that talk of spinach, BOB. Hopefully I'll make this tomorrow....Jiff ya want some? I'll make it with e.v.o.o., garlic and maybe beans. :cool: bring chocolate...ok, I am kidding. peach |
