The choice of having the operation depends from person to person. I would try a controlled diet. There are so many diets out there, making everyone confused which one to follow.Personally, I tried a ketogenic diet and it works for me.
I've always had trouble when trying to lose weight. I'm sure I'm not the only one. I'm interested to hear from people who've managed to go from horrible diet compliance to successful cuts.
