Question Losing Slump

After losing pretty steady I think I have hit a brick wall. Someone please tell me that this is normal.
I haven't changed anything.......this is normal right???

Oh, you have hit the dreaded "slump"! It is completely normal. Your body is trying to adjust; you still maybe losing clothes sizes. Make sure you are drinking your water and getting your protein in; too little stumps your weightloss. I'm not going to get on the "weigh-in" thing, but the scales don't always tell you the real deal and they can drive you crazy. If you are following your program, you can't NOT lose. Just be patient.

i went thru about 3 weeks where i didnt lose even a pound. this last week i have started losing again. its frustrating but it passes
