Default Get on Track with Tracking What are we eating 11/3-11/9

I didn't get to plan breakfast and Literally awakened 2 hours late!
Set alarm for 5:15 to bond with arm bike and didn't realize it was set for PM
D'oh!
Breakfast
3 fin crisp crackers 60 calories Running out the door
4 slices healthy ones ham 60
1 cheddar stick 100
Coffee with NSA cocoa and 2 tbsp of NF Powdered Milk 70
Total 290
Lunch
Mini Mexican MeatLoaf 146
Possible a second meat loaf 146
Total 292
Snack
Earl Grey with 3 tbsp NF powdered Milk 24
1/4 cup peanuts 160
Total 184
Dinner Turkey sausage and whitebean stew I'm thinking its 200 ish calories depending on Serving size its hard to figure out portions b/c DH eats like a growing boy! but there's nothing "fattening" in it and I just add parm on top

Exercise
I already told DH I need to bond with the arm bike tonight
and I photocopied a bunch of exercises from SB Supercharged and that guy bob from biggest loser.
So at least 52 ish min of cardio
