Question Arg

ok so I'm havign a hard time staying on any plan. even with the prescription supplements TOM is kicking my anemic ARse and I just scarfed down a single serve (from themachine) bag of pretzels not exactly south beach friendly
I don't want bread or anything I just don't really know what plan to follow. for the long time post ops. . .What do you eat?

I'm having the same problem Kierie...would like to know an answer. Though not the greatest thing most likely but I do drink a lot of coffee.

I think for now I'm just going to up my protein. still have veggies but really work on the good basic protein.
