I'm just about 12lbs down and I feel a difference in my jeans. I agree though it takes time to see it. You just have to keep working towards your goal without having to "see" all the good you are doing right away. It's hard but you CAN do it!
It took me about 15-20 pounds before I saw a difference. I've lost quite a bit now and when I hold my old size 22's up (they were a tiny bit baggy) to me (now size 12-13) it's crazy how big they look. It's cumulative though, it took awhile to notice, then the more that came off the more I noticed it. Give it a couple months. Good luck!
