Just keep on doing it the right way. I understand how it is when you do something right and don't see results right away, it can be discouraging. I was losing weight slower than I would have liked, but I was determined and all those 0.6 and 1 lb. losses and the 1 lb gains have resulted in a loss of more than 28 lbs. for me.
I saw the change in my measurements first, then in the way my clothes fit, then I finally saw it on the scale. Sometimes we have to do the right thing for a little while before we actually see results, but in the end it's better for us.
Keep on keeping on and the weight will not only come off but stay off.
