It's cool, cuz guess what--I STUCK TO MY PLAN! I will NOT be dragging myself in on Monday morning complaining about how off-track I went over the weekend!
I ate only what was on my menu yesterday (except I skipped the fudgesicle). I did not eat out at all, and I drank my 3 full liters of water plus went out walking for about 20 minutes.Here's today's food plan (pretty much same as yesterday):
- Kashi cereal w/banana and skim milk
- yogurt
- cottage cheese
- tomato soup w/croutons
- protein powder (I've never tried it before--I'll try mixing it with water like the directions say, but if that's way gross, I'll use skim milk instead)
- leftovers - couscous, chicken, veggies, black beans, cheddar cheese

But hey, every time I have a successful weekend just makes it that much easier to be able to look back next weekend and say, "hey, I did it last weekend, so I know I can do it this weekend, too!"
