Geez! There are calories and fat in my supplements!
I started taking fish oil caplets a while back. I should have realized that since it is an oil that there would be calories and fat. My Vitamin C has calories and 1 carb. I should have known that since it is chewable, it, too would have calories.
everything has calories. It's not that much. I take fish oil too, it's 10 cal per supplement. Believe me, something like that isn't going to ruin your weight loss or cause you to gain.
Take those supplements anyway! You can't get enough vitamins and minerals when cutting calories, without supplementing. At least I can't at 1400 calories per day. I'm always low on something at the end of the day.
