i started monday too (i think) and lost 1.5lbs too :) Good luck!

I was wearing clothes this morning when i weighed myself (i never wear clothes when i weigh myself and i just forgot to take them off i guess lol) and it said 161.0 Well i decided to weigh myself before taking a shower because of that and I was very happy to see 159.5!!!!!!! I broke through the 160 barrier, i'm sooo happy i haven't weighed this much in almost 2 years!!!!!! I'm REALLY happy lol

Soooo I have lost 3lbs since Monday and i hope to lose alot more. Remember i'll post a pic of my scale to prove my weight loss lol

Im in. I've already beat my halloween goal(7lbs). So I'll go for another five. Im going to cut out after school food. I eat so much after school and Im not even hungry. So no after school junk.

fsifheufnvuefvnep;gnfvijdsfnuin.............yeah thats how i feel. This morning the scal said that i'm up 1.5 lbs back to 161, OHHHH and to top of that joyous occasion I wake up with another surprise! My TOM reared it's ugly head. Hopefully thats what caused the weight gain while i slept, ah who know. I'll weigh myself later to see if it's just water weight.

Hey girls. I don't know why I have such a problem losing weight. I eat okay and I exercise most days. I think I need to step it up a notch with exercise. That should help a little bit. Pop thing is going okay, as well as the vending machine. The vending machine thing is too easy though...so I decided I wanted to challenge myself with no snacking after school (got the idea from someone above). So we'll see if this works.

hey i decided to post soe before and after pictures of me in the mini goals section if any of you want to take a look. The first pic i was 180 and the second was taken today and i'm 159-160. Hope you all are doing good, i still haven't dranken any alochol, go me!

I am going to join the challenge. I vow to eliminate those nasty carbs that I love so much, crackers. I also vow to walk at least 1/2 mile per day. (Due to 2 abdominal hernia repair surgeries this year, 1/2 is not alot for me, but its alot for my abs, if you know what I mean:)
I am up for this challenge!

I haven't weighed in lately, at last check, I had lost ONE pound....not too bad. But I also haven't had any coffee or cream!!! It's too funny, at work, I'm the one who always makes the new pot and it just beckons me, all full and fresh and aromatic....but lately, I've been to busy at work to stop and drink it anyways. Been to the gym three days this week and think I can go again today, after I take DS to bumper bowling...it is too funny to watch. OMG I just heard this week that MY trainer at the gym is LEAVING! Kinda broke my heart!

The alcohol thing....haven't had a drink yet....but haven't been to my bowling league, which is tonight! (I worked through last weeks) So TONIGHT will be my true test!

You guys are doing AWESOME! Keep it up! :smug:

My weight is still the same, I can't believe how fast you all lose weight, it can take me weeks just to drop a pound. I am eating so much less than I used to and eat hardly any junk food at all anymore. I walk at least 200 minutes a week and still it takes a minor miracle for me to lose a pound. Maybe I need to up the exercise but with how little I am eating now I can really see maintenance being a problem. Anyway no snacking on Halloween candy since my binge last weekend. and I have been sick this week so my calories have been really low but still no weight loss.

I too can't believe how fast some of you lose weight. You've all almost hit your goals for Halloween after only one week, and I'm still trying to lose a measly pound! Ugh...it can get a little frustrating.

My challenges are going okay. I've had pop the last two days now. Gotta get back on track with that. Maybe on weekends for a while I'll treat myself to one or two (8-oz. cans)? I dunno, we'll see. Snacking after school, well, it's the weekend so there's no school, but I'm still trying to limit snacking. That's going good cuz I'm so busy with other stuff I don't even think about snacking.
