Default 20lb Before and After Pics
Ok well i have lost about 20lbs and i took a pic of me today so i could do the whole before and after thing. Well I guess i see a little differance, but i still want to lost a grand total of 50-40lbs. I would love to get back down to 110, but i will be ok with 120 too. So anyways here are my before and after pics.

180 lbs beginning of Sept.


159-160 Tanken today
