Default Everyone Weigh In 09/29/06
It's time once again for the 3FC general weigh in thread. All are welcome. Just jump in whenever you official weigh in day rolls around. Good luck, all.

Me: 184.5. down 2.5 from last week. Finally, I dropped the pounds I got in Branson and am back on track! Though I was pretty sick this week. I'm hoping that this isn't causing me to have a temporary weight loss effect. Well, next week will tell.

My WI day was on Wednesday the 27th. I'm down 4.5lbs! 15.5lbs gone total in 3 weeks!

130.2 at my Wed. WW mtg. My "official" goal at WW is 136, but I like to stay at 128 or below, so this needs some tweaking.

I switched to Core last Sunday. It's not easy--I miss my GoLean waffles--but I think it will help as I get used to it.

Overall, I lost what I needed to thru WW, have been Lifetime almost 2 years--know I can get back down, but am frustrated that the weight wants to creep back on. I guess vigilance is always necessary.

Hello! Every Friday I weigh in so I can see what progress I've made throughout the week and before any damage is done on the weekend.

After no weight loss last week, I lost 2 lbs this week! Yeah!!!

Well I am up 1lb this week but I know that is due to my period coming yesterday. So I am sitting at 140.5 and hoping next week will be a good weigh in.

I am at 171, a 2 pound loss!(weigh in day is wed.) I have lost 16 pounds so far.

Congrats, everyone! I don't weigh in until Monday morning, so wish me luck.

It's my TOM, so I feel really bloated right now, but I hope I've lost at least a pound or two.

For the first time in 2 months, the scale has moved. It's not my official weigh in day, but I wanted to check on myself anyway.

5 pounds gone. 236 to 231.
