Default another day

I finally am back to gettin in routine again with excercise did 6.2 miles on my bike and want to run on my tramp yet. I had a friend who use to walk with me and was going to the same dietician as me but she has quit everything and I think she is not giving it a chance she wants to lose weight fast so she is trying pills from the dr and everything and now she quit those to becasue they gave her the runs . When I call her up to walk she will see but ends up no time to . I have lost 30 pounds since a year ago and have not gained it back . It has been a slow process . but my dietician is really good she always encourages you and helps you with your meals and food choices .If I did not see her I would fall off the wagon already. I have this now that I am here to get it down so that I can be healthier since most of my life I have battled different health problems. And even if it is 3 pounds it does not matter becasue I think of it 3 poinds less then before so it just encourages me to go on.

Default Chill in the air

Boy, this week here in R.I. it's been so chilly and rainy and I have to tell you the first thing I've wanted to do is eat comfort food, I did only once and boy you feel bloated. What have any of you done when winter comes along and all you want to do is fill up like a bear ready to hibernate? I don't want to just get through the holidays I want to continue to lose. Any suggestions appreciated.
