Ack! - work has been CRAZEEEEE the past few days (weeks?) and I've been stress eating! Dagnabit... gained 4 pounds!
For some reason when I'm stressed, I eat junk. Candy, chips, etc. I wonder why that is? It certainly doesn't make me feel better, and it darn sure does nothing for the diet...
Don't be mad at yourself. Being mad isn't going to take back what you've eaten. When I'm stressed, I do sometimes go for the junk, but what's done is done. Just start over and try and surround yourself with good food.
